Hello and welcome to I Need Help!, I'm Beachparrot, the moderator of this category.

Before you go any farther please take a few minutes, if you haven't already, to read the rules of the board in Announcements.  In addition, in this category you will be expected to:

1.  Not use all caps, unless you really intend to shout.  Better yet, DON'T SHOUT!

2.  Use punctuation.  It's really hard to make sense out of a single sentence that goes for 30 lines.  Duh, use spell check!!

3.  This may be a private board, but that doesn't entitle anyone to post degrading and/or prejudice things.  If you do, the post(s) will be deleted and you will get a warning.  Doing it again will get you banned for 30 days and a third strike will get you kicked off the island with no return ticket.

4.  Treat each other with respect and consideration.  Just because you're in cyberspace doesn't mean manners and good taste have been suspended.  Yes, if you're a jerk in cyberspace and no one sees you, you're still a jerk.

5.  If a forum staff member tells you to do something, just do it.  They have a good reason and it's not open for debate.  Ignoring, arguing, complaining and/or starting a new thread to bitch about it or the staff will only get you an express ticket off the forum.

6.  Insulting the moderators is always a really stupid idea, nuff said.

7.  This category is for people looking for help, so unless you have accredited, licensed initials after your name, be very careful about giving anything other than your opinion.

8.  Debate is a good thing, so is joking, off color stuff (within reason), and even some make others gag innocent flirting, but stirring up trouble ain't cool.  Don't!!

9.  If I tell you you've crossed the line and to knock it off, knock it off.  I'm very open minded, so rest assured, if I think you've crossed the line, others will think you've erased it.

10.  Post porn or nudity, you're gone.  If it is discovered you have posted pirated material, the first time it will be deleted.  Get caught doing it again, wave bye-bye as your ass is bounced out of here.

11.  Remember, this is an open forum so people are not going to always agree.  There are going to be arguments so try to keep them civil.  The people posting here feel they have a problem and need help.  If they think they have a problem, they have a problem, whether you think they do or not.  If you want to get into a name calling, hair pulling, spitting fight, go over to General Discussion, start your own thread and have at it.  We'll get popcorn and a beer and enjoy the show, but don't do it here!
